CompuScan is managed by a Board of Management, which is responsible for our overall results, the management of our company, as well as our company's mission, vision and strategy.
The Board of Management is accountable for this to the Supervisory Board and the General Meeting of Shareholders. The responsibility for the management of CompuScan is vested in the Board of Management as a whole.
