You should:

• Change your passwords regularly, preferably every 3-4 months
• Choose a random password that does not make sense, preferably it should not form a word
• Include both capitals and lower case letters
• Include permissible special characters
• Include numbers
• Choose a minimum of 8 characters

Remember to:

• NEVER give out your password under any circumstances
• Make sure your WiFi is private
