The NLRMC consists of seven members. The committee comprises of three members from the CPA, three members from Micro Finance SA (MFSA) and one from the NCR. This committee is chaired by Ms. Crous from African Bank. According to the Credit Providers Association (CPA), every effort will be made to institute effective operational controls within the NLR environment with a view to improving its effectiveness as a credible credit assessment tool. We would like to inform you that the National Credit Regulator (NCR) has established the National Loans Register Management Committee (NLRMC) to undertake the daily operational management of the National Loans Register (NLR), with effect from 1 January 2009.
