Our philosophy includes backing up our innovative products with a committed and dedicated support function. Compuscan boasts a fully-fledged sales, service, and support team spanning the greater Southern Africa. Our call centre, operational 6 days a week, assists our clients with technical support and all general enquiries. Our telemarketers in conjunction with our field representatives are in touch with our clients on a regular basis and assist with the sales, support as well as the training and feedback functions. A focus on high levels of quality is represented in all facets of our business and takes priority at Compuscan. |
