We encourage you to read through the POPIA draft regulations and assess how each of them impacts your business in terms of day-to-day function, marketing, and how your company manages the various phases of the customer life cycle.
Understanding POPIA is not only good business practice; it can save your company from unnecessary fines or legal actions. It’s important that this knowledge is shared with your employees. They also need to be aware of how POPIA impacts your business.
While POPIA may seem restrictive, insights from Europe and the UK show that POPIA can help economies and have a positive effect on GDP.
